Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.

Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.

Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins.

I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.

I will not create content that is offensive, or inappropriate. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to, underage characters, gore, copied styles, fetish work that is targeted at underage characters/real people, or art that is requested with the intent of being hateful towards characters/real people.

Content that you are unsure of or is not listed here, please bring queries regarding that to me via DM or email.

Client pays in full, or pays a 50% downpayment for higher value projects.

In the case of higher value projects, the final 50% is due at first complete watermarked or low resolution preview of the final deliverables.)

Invoices, proposals or payment links will be sent to the Client when I am ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from me.

Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, but payment can be extended if the Client provides valid reasoning (ie. tight on money, money only coming at a later date etc.) or the project may be cancelled.

Prices are in USD, and paid via PayPal.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Once work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Work completion may take up to 3 weeks or more (or less) and is dependant on how many commissions I am working on as well as the complexity of each. my waitlist will have details on what is currently being worked on.

Clients should plan requests of commission accordingly, especially if said commission comes with a due date for completion.

Progress updates will be provided regularly and feedback is required as well as appreciated.

Final deliverables are provided by me using email or Google Drive, in PNG/JPG formats. Any files hosted by me will be available for the Client to download at any time. Should the file no longer be available, please contact me via DM or email.

If there are any delays and adjustments to this timeline, I will inform the Client.

Clients have the right to request refunds if the work has not been started at all and no updates have been given after at least a week.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.

Communication channels will include Twitter private messages or email. My response time may vary up to 1-3 days in order to provide better or more concrete updates.

I and the Client agree to discuss relevant matters concerning the project. Both parties have the right to decline other topics of discussion.

Revisions should be requested at the start of the work process (ig. the initial sketch). Further revisions can be requested throughout the process of the commission, however large revisions can become extra charges if the commission is near completion or already completed.

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, and more so long as permission is given by the Client first.

I may use rejected work in progress and versions for other projects according to their discretion, under the condition that it does not infringe the Client's intellectual property rights and ownership of their likeness, character design, branding, identity design or any such trademarks.

Clients receive non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use.

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels.

Clients must not claim work as their own and must credit me using my social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.

Clients cannot use commissioned work for commercial use - only when a Client comes forward with the request of work being commissioned specifically for commercial use, I am open to discussing it. The price for work will then be higher (usually double the price) but will be discussed first before any work or payment is done.

Usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

If found that you are feeding my work or commissioned work into such systems, you will be blacklisted and I will refuse to work with you.
