Specific restrictions include but are not limited to, underage characters, gore, copied styles, fetish work that is targeted at underage characters/real people, or art that is requested with the intent of being hateful towards characters/real people. |
[ 1 ] : Under no circumstances should my art, commissioned or not, be used for NFTs or anything AI related. You do not have permission to input my art into any AI system or program. This also goes for reselling my art - unless a client states that their commissioned art is intended for commercial use eg. sold on merchandise, a commercial fee will then be added to said commission.[ 2 ] : Going off from this, all commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. I ask that if you as the client are going to use my art as a profile picture, banner and the likes or simply would like to share it to other online platforms, please provide credit that links back to my social accounts.[ 3 ] : Payments will be made through Paypal via invoices (USD)[ 4 ] : Work completion may take up to 1-3 weeks or more and is dependant on how many commissions I am working on as well as the complexity of each piece.[ 5 ] : Progress updates will be provided regularly and feedback is required as well as appreciated.
Refunds will not be given once I've started work. You may request a refund if you no longer receive updates from me.[ 6 ] : Revisions should be requested at the start of the work process (eg. the initial sketch). Further revisions can be requested throughout the process of the commission, however large revisions can become extra charges if the commission is near completion or already completed.[ 7 ] : I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
